Offences

The case types in which Stan can offer assistance include:

  1. Road Traffic Offences - driving under the influence of drugs.  Alcohol related matters (see 2 below)
  2. Hip Flask defence/Alcohol Technical defence - Back calculations, calculations to determine when an individual would have reached the legal limit and calculations to determine the most likely blood/breath/urine alcohol level from a given alcohol consumption pattern.
  3. The more serious criminal cases - DFSA (drug facilitated sexual assaults), rapes, violent assaults, murders and any other criminal case type in which a drug involvement is suspected.
